Your Container, Step by Step

We take care of every detail between checkout and drop-off so you can plan your project

Purchase Locked In

Once payment clears, you get a confirmation email with your container specs, order number, and an estimated arrival window for your area.

Unit Picked and Prepped

Our team pulls the best-fit container from our Dallas yard, runs it through a final quality check, and gets it loaded and ready to roll.

Drop-Off Date Set

We lock in a delivery day that fits your schedule. Expect a call from the driver the evening before to confirm the time window.

Container on the Ground

Our driver positions the container exactly where you marked it. You walk the unit on arrival, check everything over, and give the thumbs up.

How We Get It There

Different sites call for different approaches and we have the gear for all of them

Most Common Tilt-bed truck delivery

Tilt-Bed Truck

The go-to option for most Dallas deliveries. The rear of the truck angles down and the container rolls off onto your prepped pad. You will need about 100 feet of straight space behind where the box lands. Works great on wide driveways and open lots across the metroplex.

Flatbed and crane delivery

Flatbed + Crane

When there is no room for a tilt-bed slide, we bring a crane. It hoists the container off the flatbed and swings it over fences, retaining walls, or directly onto raised foundations. A solid choice for snug residential properties and backyard drops in older Dallas neighborhoods.

Side-lifter delivery

Side-Lifter

This rig uses built-in hydraulic booms to grab the container from either side and lower it right next to the truck. Perfect for curbside placement on busy DFW streets or commercial sites where backing in is not an option.

Getting Your Property Ready

A little prep work before the truck arrives saves time and avoids headaches on delivery day

Level Surface

The spot where your container lands needs to be flat and even. Ground that tilts or dips will warp door alignment over time and create uneven weight distribution on the frame. If your Dallas property has any slope, get the area graded or build up a level base before we arrive.

Foundation Options

  • Concrete piers — the top pick for permanent structures and permitted ADU projects in DFW
  • Gravel pad — budget-friendly, handles Texas rain drainage well, and simple to lay down
  • Concrete slab — the strongest option for long-term builds that need to pass city inspection
  • Railroad ties — a fast, low-cost base when you need the container in place temporarily

Clearance Requirements

Tilt-bed drops need roughly 100 feet of straight room behind where the container will sit. The truck itself needs at least 14 feet of overhead space, so check for tree limbs, power lines, and anything else hanging over the route the driver will take in.

18-Wheeler Access

Our trucks are full-size semis that need about 55 feet of turning radius to navigate your street and driveway. On the morning of delivery, make sure neighbors' cars, trash bins, dumpsters, and curbside mailboxes are out of the way.

3-7

Business Days

Standard lead time for drops anywhere across the DFW metro

Factors That Shape Your Timeline

  • Stock on hand — popular sizes like 40ft high cubes often go out within 3 days
  • Your location in the metroplex — sites closer to central Dallas get the fastest runs
  • Equipment needed — crane jobs take a bit longer to coordinate than tilt-bed drops
  • Time of year — Texas spring and summer bring higher order volume across the board

Where We Deliver

Our trucks run across the full DFW metroplex and into the surrounding counties

From Deep Ellum to the Stockyards and every suburb in between, our drivers know these roads. We drop containers at residential lots, commercial properties, and rural acreage throughout Dallas, Tarrant, Collin, Denton, and Rockwall counties. If your site falls beyond the core metro footprint, we can still get there with a straightforward mileage add-on. Just send us the address and we will quote it.
